Due to the nature of the products we offer—such as medications, health, skincare, and personal care items—we have a strict No Refund Policy once payment is completed. However, you may cancel your order anytime before payment is processed.

Order Cancellation Before Payment
You can cancel your order at any time before payment is made. Once your order is confirmed and payment has been processed, cancellations will no longer be accepted. -
No Refunds After Payment
Once payment is completed, we do not offer refunds on any purchases made through Waed Health Store. This includes all pharmaceutical products, health supplements, skincare items, and baby care products. Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, even if the product is unopened or unused. -
Damaged or Defective Products
